Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) deserve quick and clear answers.  We know one question almost always leads to another, especially when it comes to storing your personal items.  If you have a question that is not answered below, please give us a call or submit a question and we will get back to you as soon as we can to help answer all of your storage questions.

STORAGE ACCESS: Gate entry hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM 7 days a week. This includes all holidays.​

OFFICE HOURS: Our office hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday thru Friday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Upon move-in, you will receive a personal gate code that will allow you access to the facility during the occupant access hours. Your gate code is recorded for security reasons every time you enter and exit the facility. Our security cameras are also recording all of the facility's activity. ALL SAFE mini storage prohibits tailgating entering and exiting the facility. This helps maintain the high security that ALL SAFE mini storage is providing to you. Also if a occupant is entering or exiting the facility please wait until the gate starts to close and then enter your keycode to enter or exit.

     After you enter the front gate, you follow the one way arrows to the right or left and maintain a one way traffic flow around our paved loop to your unit. When parking to load or unload at your unit, please park parallel to the building to allow traffic to flow past your vehicle.

     ALL SAFE mini storage provides heavy duty carts to help you in loading and unloading your belongings. These are kept inside the hallways of our interior buildings and you are welcome to use them. Please return to the interior buildings when you are finished.

     We also recommend that you use pallets when storing cardboard boxes directly onto the concrete slab. We try to have a supply of pallets on hand as a courtesy to our occupants. Also avoid leaning boxes and items against the outside wall of your unit.  

     The interior hallways and some of our larger exterior units are lighted. The lights are on timers for your convenience and turn off automatically.  

     ALL SAFE mini storage is not responsible for and does not insure your personal items. We do, however, offer a brochure concerning self storage insurance that is available through Mini Co, a self storage insurance company.

(2) How do I rent a unit?

     We rent units over the phone, by mail or in person. ALL SAFE mini storage does not require an Administrative Charge or Security Deposit at this time. All you have to do is come in and fill out our occupant information sheet and sign a contract. We require picture identification and a personal contact number. Our contracts are a minimum one month lease with a month to month lease after that. ALL SAFE mini storage requires a 10 day move out notification prior to vacating your unit. All occupants furnish their own locks and keys. ALL SAFE mini storage does not keep a copy of the occupant's key. 

     ALL SAFE mini storage rent is due the first day of each month. We prorate your rent from the move-in date (if move-in is after the 15th of the month, the following month will be added to the rent due) and send out monthly statements approximately ten (10) days prior to the first of each month. We are able to take payments over the phone by VISA or MASTERCARD and also provide a monthly automatic debit plan.

(3) How do I vacate my unit?

ALL SAFE mini storage requires a 10 day move out notice prior to vacating your unit. We ask that you remove all items from your unit and sweep out the unit when it is empty. If we are available to provide a broom and dustpan, you are welcome to use them. We have found that this also insures that you have not left anything in the corners of the unit.​
